Healthiest Homemade Protein Bar Yet

Today, let create a home made protein bar.


  • Oatmeal
  • Low Carb Weigh Protein Powder
  • Dry Cranberries
  • Organic Peanut Butter
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
  • Almond Milk
  • Slivered Almonds
  • 100% Dark Chocolate
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Apple Sauce(not sweetened)

– Put 2 cups of oatmeal.
– Put 1 Cup of Weigh Protein.
– Put Quarter cup of Almonds(you could use peanuts too).
– Put 1 cup of dried cranberries.
– Half tbsp of cinnamons.
– Mix up the ingredients.
– On a another medium sized bowl, you can mix your wet ingredients.
– 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
– Put half a cup of agave nectar.
– Add a quarter cup of almond milk.
– Quarter cup of apple sauce.
– 2 cups of dark chocolate.
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
– Microwave the wet mixture for 30 seconds.
– After the microwave, stir it.
– Once your wet mixture looks sticky, mix it with your dry mixture.
– Put the final mixture in a tupperware and put in a fridge.

After a minimum of 20 mins on the fridge, you can now take it out and cut it into as many pieces you want. Depends on how hungry you are or how big you want your protein bars. So that’s it! Enjoy your delicious and healthies home made protein bars.
